Worst experience

Worst experience ever . My tv just went blank and i took it in on the 21 . 08 .2020 and today its the 7 . 10 .2020 . They said it will only take 21 days to fix. In that time i have been there 3 time each time the people tell me they gonna contact me . But no 1 ever gets back to me .even the store manager lies and tells me they gonna call me but it never happened . Im fed up ive been driving up and down coz they clearly dont care about the satisfaction of their customers. All i can say never buy at hifi corporation .all they care about is ur money and once they have it you are nothing 2 them
