Worst Customer service in the Country

<p>There are absolutely NO customer service at Hi Fi CORP N1 city. The manager looks as if she had crawl out from the washing bin!!! un neat!!! We bought a tom tom GPS one year ago and for the second time this gps was faulty. The manager could't even greet us! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING AT HIFI CORP. I will post on every social media page I belong to about this! I could understand the situation but understand my side aswell. I moved from inland to cape town and I need a gps. She had no non whatsoever compassion. She smerkly said: " you are not the only customer and walked off while my wife was still busy talking to her. Your customer service line isnt even working???? really seriously??? Last year I spended over 30 000 there. will never in my life ever buy at hifi corp!!!!!</p>
