Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced

If there were NO stars I would choose that - The WORST customer service that I have EVER experienced! After telling me that the item I ordered can't be delivered and requesting a refund (from two different people), and then speaking to about 5 different people, the refund has STILL not been actioned! So I have no speaker, and Hi-Fi Corp is sitting with MY money, so I can't even order it from somewhere else. Shocking, at a total loss for words.
