Worst customer service. Bought an oven online (Univa) and it was faulty . Tried to communicate with Palesa Madimabe . When I made follow up on the number provided on their website I spoke to a very rude consultant who refused to give out huis name then dropped the call in my ear . The call was made in the 25th Feb 2026 time 11:35 .
