Worst customer service ever experienced

If I could give no stars I would. We ordered a chest freezer 3 weeks ago, my husband called on Thursday to find out when it will be delivered and got assured that it was being delivered on Saturday. Not only did it not arrive but we have had absolutely no communication since then. We have tried contacting them for the past 4 days via their customer care line, in stores, via Facebook, Twitter and their online chat function and have not been able to get a response or any help! After getting confirmation that our delivery was to be made on Saturday, we ordered a bulk amount of meat which is now sitting with us with nowhere to put it! I am disgusted by the lack of customer care and service and will not recommend or ever buy anything from them again!
