Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a washing machine for my domestic worker on the 9th July online.. we are still waiting for it to be delivered. Initially the contact number I put down was wrong, but you had my email address to contact me. I had to contact you first to get an update. I called your contact center for an update again a week later, and there was still no status update as to when it will be delivered. I have since asked to have the order cancelled and requested a refund, still no acknowledgement of an email. It's almost a month now. I'm a first time customer and I will never buy from you again , please go back to the drawing board and review your business processes.
