Worst customer service ever!!!

I purchased a printer online and selected the option to pick up from the Springfield branch. When purchasing I was informed on the web that it is in stock at the particular branch and at checkout I was asked to pick up from the particular branch. I went to the branch and upon presenting my order reference, the staff very rudely told me that they didn’t have it and offered a used one!!!! They told that they could not help me even though I made a purchase online and was told that the item is in stock ready for me!!! Dont ever support them!!
