Worst customer service - do not receive ordered items

Worst customer service I have ever expierienced. I placed my order for several items on 22 March 2022, a partial delivery was made, today 1 April 2022 I have not received the outstanding items, no delivery has been done. Requested a refund for the Hisense fridge, as there was stock available when I ordered and paid, hence no stock was available when delivery had to take place, I have not received my refund and no one can give me feedback as to what is going on. Complaints are being logged daily, but the only feedback I get is it is being escalated, for the past 8 days I get the same answer, but no refund, and no outstanding Dishwasher. I have been given several complaint numbers, but this is where it stops, no one ever calls you back, and if you ordered online there is no one that you can contact. I will never buy from them again.
