Worst customer service

So we went to Hifi Corporation in wonderpark, assisted by Sidney Nkosi, a very rude staff, he helped to take the fridge to the car,the guy began being more rude telling us that he has other customers to assist at the shop and we basically wasting his time. We went back to the shop to get his name the guy got more verbally abusive and to our surprise the gentleman was on his way out of the shop knocking off, he told us that we violating his Labour law rights and refused to give us his name, we had to ask from the manager, the gentleman got even more aggressive even from a simple question. The attitude and condenseding behavior we got, he started screaming at the top of his lungs and got intimidating telling us that he had clients to assist. I asked the manager what their policy about on loading and off loading was and I was told that the person accompanying us with the equipment can just put it anywhere when we get to the parking its not his duty to help on load it
