Worst customer service at Hifi corp woodmead branch

If i could give a negative -10000 star rating i would. Worst experience ever at Woodmead branch Hifi corp. I bought a Sony ear buds just 4 days ago, on Wednesday 8th Jan, & on the day after on 9th Jan the Thursday i took it to Hifi corp woodmead branch for a refund, as the earbuds has no bass, & i bought it to only hear & enjoy good music bass. But the staff & the manager at woodman branch refused blatantly to refund me, even though i had the slip & original package in great condition, & i just bought it 1 day before, but they still refused. this ear buds is R899, & i was so upset to loose the money. They wanted to charge me a "handling fee" of 15% 😳. They said ear buds are like underwear 😳😳, they needed the 15% money to disinfect it 😳😳 I took my item & left very disappointed. Today Saturday I went to Hifi corp mall of africa. Wow, what a heavenly experience, excellent customer service. I am so great full for Pretty & Palesa from Hifi corp mall of Africa . They seamlessly exchanged my earbuds, & even helped me to find a better model which was on sale.
