WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never have I had such useless customer service. I placed a online order with hifi corp on 30 May 2020, today is 23 June 2020 and still absolutely no feedback on what is going on regarding my item. So now I'm living in a house with no fridge which is the worst inconvenience not to mention how it has affected my pocket as well. I have called this company more times I can count, most of the time I don't even get through to a consultant, I have also emailed, like why even have all these means of communication if they can not be used. At this point I just want my money back immediately so I can make the purchase from a more reputable company.
