Worst Customer Service!!

Bad Customer Service ever!!!!

ordered a phone on 23rd April, was informed it will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days, been chasing the order with RTT but only on the 30th of April was informed their truck carrying goods was hijacked, no one bothered to inform me, so had to wait again and RTT keeps telling me the second order has already left and is with the driver. Consultant from HIFI 'Chelsea' doesn't understand customer service, she wanted to block me on the chats for chasing my order. till today 7th May i haven't received my order, i was just informed the driver said there was no one at home yesterday whiles i'm actually inside the house.
