complaint reference 735534 received via facebook. I have vowed to never buy a single item from HI fi corporation again. I will never support your organisation. I bought a TV at Hi fi corporation and was advised to take the extended warranty, which I did. The TV stopped working and I have taken it back to them to be repaired on the 25-08-2017. It has been 30 days and I have not received my TV back, I have called, complained and even went onto Facebook and dealt with their complaint resolution center to no avail. I am being sent from pillar to post. The client resolution team says speak to the branch, the branch says its the supplier, and so forth. I did not buy the TV from “the supplier” I bought it from Hi fi corporation. Pathetic customer service. it is clear that you feel nothing for your customers.
