worst credit application experince

i have app**** for credit on 31/01/2021 and it was approved now the application on 01/02/2021 said DEBIT CHECK pending but i did the check on monday with the agent at the store. now even on the 04/02/2021 the saying system in done even when you call hifi corp office to check application statues the put you on the line for 15 min and nothing until airtime is done. now i called the store they said i cant cancel the application and i need to await untill next week. what kind of ****ed up operartion is the store nor the organisation doing. am reporting the store HELLO PETER AND TWITTER
