Very poor Black Friday service

We waited up all night for black Friday sales, 02:20 We purchased a TV, the money went off and everything now that the day is over and all black Friday deals are over they let me know they dont have stock!! I want my money back NOW - and into my account that I can see if I can maybe get a special from a better shop that actually has stock!! Everyone should know how ******* they are. We can't wait 13 hours for you to update your stock take and website and then reveal that the product is sold out.

Give me my money back !!! And respond at least
