Worst Black Friday experience with Hifi Corp

I placed two orders on Friday at around 11am for two Sansui 40 inch TVs.After a a few hours of placing my order I received an email saying the TV is out of stock.

You deceived customers on your website by advertising a product that is out of stock made me pay for a product that is clearly not available and only have half the decency to notify me after 3hrs of my purchase that the product is not available.I am appalled.

Not even a decency to contact me via phone to apologise and give me an alternative.

I had to wait 10mins to get through to their call centre today only to be told to wait for two weeks.
