worst and horrible customer experience

I bought a a washing machine on Thursday the seconds April and was advised that it will be delivered on Saturday, received a call Saturday the 05th that they won't deliver they can only deliver Tuesday the 7th I have been calling from Tuesday for my delivery only yesterday they delivered. I discovered that the machine was damaged then called the store for the 100th time talking to the manager was the worst idea he told me that they don't perform magic they can only assist Monday. He was rude, LOUD, Unsympathetic the WORST service I've never received. After having to spend my time and energy on the phone I'm definitely want my cash pack. THE WORST SERVICE EVER
