Worst after sale service

In January I bought a new JVC 65" Smart tv from Hifi Corp in Vaal Mall, I fetched the tv then went away on business and upon my return I realised the tv is not working, but is now out of the OBF period.

I contacted the branch anf the arranged for it to be collected by JVC, JVC only collected the tv 5 weeks after the initial complaint was raised with the branch, it took another 2 weeks for the to repair my tv and deliver it to my house with exactly the same problem, and loaded it the very same day. Another 2 weeks has now passes and I still do not have a tv, even though I have paid 3 installments of the tv.

I have complained to head office twice to no avail.

I am now requesting Hifi Corporation to replace the unit as it has been 3 months without being able to repair the tv.
