Worse Service Rendered

Good day, I sent an email yesterday to find out about the complaining process concerning the gentlemen that was sent to my place to look at the tv I purchased, in connection with online tv purchased - Corp Complaint : *** - *** But no communication was received concerning the email yesterday, The guy that arrived on Wednesday afternoon, DIDNT even inform me what time he will be there just rocked up- I was still at work, it was raining and there was power failure in the area, He could not fix the tv or check it because of the electricity issue, I asked if we could reschedule the appointment But he refused and was rude, H e didn't even introduce himself, nor from which company his from, he just had an overall on no info on the overall, H e wanted to take the tv, and I asked him how long would it take, and he couldn't give me a direct answer , He said he doesn't know, I then asked him if I would get a receipt or proof of some sort he said he'll give me a invoice thing, okay I than asked him what is his office number seeing he wants to take the tv so I could follow up, He told me it doesn't work only His cellphone number works,

so I said that he has no information what so ever for me to even go on to trust that he works for a legit company to be taking the tv, and then his comment was okay thank you , you actually making my job easier, He didn't even want to assist with the request and when I asked his name he couldn't even tell me, so I'm very upset at the service I received from Him. and the fact that the TV is still not sorted.

not sure what kind of people is hired to render services to your customers but that kind of behavior was definitely insulting and ridiculous. I'm really unhappy and disappointed. the reg of the vehicle He was driving is -XKJ853GP, not even sure was guy legit or what, how could I even have trusted him to take the tv.
