Worse service from hi-fi

I booked laptop for repair on 01-05-2023 at mabopane which is 35km from my location. Their store phone is not going through, I called head office several time they couldn't tell me was the progress, the only answer I get is that laptop is still with supplier.

I tried Facebook same response. I regret why I did business with hi-fire cop.
