Worse service

If I could rate 0 I would! absolutely worse call center experience!I purchased a phone on your website on the 27th April I cancelled my order because it was the wrong phone (I purchased the correct phone a day later also online) I called trying to make sure my order was cancelled what a bunch of *********** people working for this company I was placed on hold without any notification!I STILL DONT HAVE ANSWERS AS TO WHATS HAPPENING WITH THE PHONE I REQUESTED TO CANCEL!
