Worse online service I ever come across... (**** one indeed)

Your service sucks, I purchased a tv and fridge online on the 19/07/19 up untill today I don't have all those items, last night 3 doggy guys came to deliver and yo find out they only had fridge but no TV and they said maybe it was in a different car. Only to find out that you messed your orders cause on your side it shows that you delivers a tv not a fridge and you insist on something that is completely wrong. I called all the lines that I have excess to no one could help, the day is completely over now still ko one can help. Know one knows what's happening. Your service is **** its the worst service ever. Even your walk thru stores is the same your online is the ****tiest one I ever experience. But all in all I need my TV delivered to me or my money back. Unless I am taking this further
