Worse Online Purchase Experience Ever!!!

<p>I purchased the Sansui 5.2 Channel Home Theatre System on Cyber Monday (28 Nov) and paid an addidtional R400 for deliver to my home which takes 3 - 8 working days. I tried to tract my order with no success so I call customer care to query. After numerous calls, all they could tell me is that it would be shipped to me from the PE store. I call the PE store and was told that it was on the way from CPT and that immediately it arrived, they would ship it out to me. Today (Thursday 8 Dev) I called again to enquire as today is the 8th day. I spoke to a lady at the PE store (same one who told me it was on the was and that she would call me back which she didnt do!) and she told me that my order wasnt even sent from where she had requested it. After 8 days absolutely nothing has been done about my order. All I get are excuses! Consider this the very last time I purchase anything from you.</p>
