Worse experience ever
I Bought a washing machine and have it forb4 months. While doing the washing a button came loose and the machine made a funny nice. It is still under warranty. Defy said is negligence so are question was should we take all the buttons off everytime we use the machine???
The machine is repaired and is standing there at my house. I am so afraid to use it because what if a button go loose again
Now I just want my R4600 back from HiFi Corp and they can take their poor quality ****.

04 Nov 2024, 17:58Now HiFi wants to test the stupid machine again at MY cost. There is nothing wrong with it. The only thing that is wrong is that I have to take off all the buttons from the clothing before I wash it. That special job is 2 Tim's a week. Hifi Corp is disgusting.
