Worse customer service

Menlyn Hifi corp customer service is the worse, just to collect online order it will take over 40 minutes just to prove your self, i dont understand why give me reference no or order no if you are not going to use them ,in their mind you are ***** and you must proof your self . they dont understand the reason behind online shopping . They must go and learn from takealot or makro.
