Worse, Bad Service from Hi-Fi Corporation Heathway

I am very unhappy with the bad service I received from Hi-Fi Corporation Heathway branch. I purchased a Defy refrigerator on Saturday the 28th of April which I collected later the same day, the same evening when i opened it was an incorrect unit. I returned to the shop first thing Sunday morning to report the issue but I was told to wait until Wednesday until the manager comes back from her leave so that she can resolve the matter. I then used the fridge because i needed it because my food was going to get spoiled. I had to go to the shop on Wednesday to see the manager who never called me as I was promised, and she told me to bring back the fridge on my cost, which I feel it was not fair since I am spending money on logistics back and forth. When I got there I was told I scratched and dented the fridge which there is no way i can dent the fridge both side and the foam or sponge is poping out from the back of the fridge. I honestly think I was given a Wrong and Damaged fridge. The worse part of it, employees of Hi-Fi Corporation damaged the foot of the fridge when offloading it from the vehicle and then it was my fault. I am so not happy about this whole ordeal because I was treated bad as a client and I did not get what I wanted from the first place.
