Worse bad service ever

on Saturday the 04th November 2023 i went to buy a TCL 58 P635 4K HDR Google TV + 2,1 Channel 200W Sound Bar which was on special i was told there is no stock however their warehouse do have the stock i then paid for tv which i was promised that it will be delivered on Monday then Monday nothing happened until i called them today which i spoke to the manager in charge she said she will follow up with the warehouse and get back to me nothing happened she never called until my daughter called me that the truck of hifi corp came to deliver and it was just only the sound bar which my daughter ask the driver where is the tv he said he only have the sound bar and he wont wait for my daughter o call the store to find out what is happening i called the store spoke to he manager again she said it will be delivered separately and nothing has happened when i called again i was been put on hold till they hang up on my call worse service ever till now i haven't received my tv and sound bar
