Wonderpark

The customer experience was the worst ever. The Wonderpark branch staff should be taken for customer service training. There was a lady there, did not get her name, was very rude and had no interest with helping us. Left the store and came back to be assisted by a different lady. Told her I would email bank statement and payslips but then she said email takes long. I can’t be expected to wait on long queues at the bank just to print documents. The only person willing to help customers in the store was the security lady
