Witbank HIFI CORPORATION

I have purchased a TV in December from these guys at Witbank mall and I found that there was no remote when I got home, I went back to the store and the manager said to give him 2 weeks and he will have one for me. I have been consistently calling after 2 weeks and had no good response. So I have called the head office to explain my situation and I was told that I will get a call back, only to find the manager from the witbank branch telling me to wait and been so rude to me, and that he will never help me/ get a remote for the tv as his head office told him to tell me to **** OFF. I have spent almost R30 000.00 on this item and at that time my money was good but the service I'm getting now from the branch and head office is very unprofessional. Please help me
