Will never recommend Hifi Corp to anyone

I have ordered a Sansui tv online and I have not got any feedback nor responses from Hifi Corp. There is no tracking number or anything just the order number. I have called Hifi Corp everyday for an update on the delivery of my order they cannot assist or tell me where is my order. They keep saying they have escalated my complaint and that someone will call me ever since tuesday and no one has called me. WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY TV AS WE SPEAK.
