Will never buy from you again.

I purchased some units on 2 February 2019 and returned a cellphone on 20 February 2019 because it was faulty but I have never received any credit have been sent from pillar to post with no assistance till to date , Called in for the General Manager was advised the his off sick its been a year but nothing is it because I am black and they think I don't know CPA or to report at the ombudsman office but my phone disappeared in store.
