Why shop anywhere else? BECAUSE HIFI DOESNT DELIVER AND HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ordered a fridge online on the 28th of November 2019, I then got a phone call that afternoon for a delivery time, they told me they have my fridge and will deliver on Monday the 2nd of December. It is now the 9th of December and I have not received anything.

I have called the customer service line more times then I can count and no one answers the phone and the head office doesn't wring at all. I have sent emails and not got a reply.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be out of the country from next week and I wont be back until after the new year, and therefore my phone will not wring if by any miracle the fridge is ready to be delivered, and no one will be at home to accept it for me. I am beyond frustrated and if someone could please answer the damn phone and give me feedback that would be fantastic.
