Why did you reverse the money I paid to TV license

I bought myself a TV last year on black Friday and because I didn't have TV licence I app**** and paid for my TV licence before the TV was released to me.no on saturday I went to buy TV and I was told I owe 750.00 I paid it .on monday I called TV licence to find out what was happening I got the shocking news that money was paid and high reversed the money as we speak my TV licence is in arrears and what and it has accumu later interests what paid me the most is that I paid and HIFI decided to resverse the money .please sort out this mess as soon as possible.
