Why are you Trying to Con People

My Wife just paid up her account after 2 years. The last installment was last month. This month she received a message saying an installment came off for R190. Yes she was debited for R190. When we called them they said it was for tax,Credit life and account charges. My Wife told them the account is paid up. The account was on zero. The item we bought and charges were all paid,they rep**** yes. The said that if a client does not call them the account stays open. This does not make sense. You choose an item instore.You apply for finance for that item. The instalment agreement says the number of instalments and the amount per month and the final instalment date. If you want to purchase any item again you have to apply the normal way and this will be a new account. So why does My Wife have to call them to close the account if the balance is zero and the final instalment came off.

After trying so many calls they only finding out the y have no clue what is happening and also telling us to call another company that does their accounts. Also unable to speak to any supervisor or manager as there is only a manager which is always busy and there is no supervisor.
