Why 3 days to answer a client

Battled on the 3rd December for over 30 minutes to phone their store in Boksburg phone just rings. Tried their head office toll free number battled for over twenty minutes . Then send them an e-mail and received an automated response that it was received (Hi Fi Ecomm #945001) dated three day ago and they still have not come back to me.
