where is my refund

<p>November 28th 2016 I purchased a TV online through Hi-Fi corporation website to be collected at N1 city branch. When my sister got there she was told that payment went to the head office and she would need to make another payment at the store. She was also advised that my card payment done onlinw will be refunded within 2days. It is now 2 weeks later with no refund just empty promises. Why is it so hard to do what was promised instead of inconveniencing a 1st time customer that is clearly not going back to HiFi for any promotion what so ever.</p>
