Where is my fridge

I bought and paid in full a fridge at hifi Corp atterbury value mart on the 24th November and I told them I would pick it up on the 1st of december. When I got there on the 1st after waiting for 2 hours I was told they don't have stock. Why they did not tell me when I got there I don't know. They promised they would deliver its 4 days later and I am still without a fridge my food is now getting frothy and when I call their number it is always engaged. They said they would call me and I have not yet received any feedback from them.

I am extremely unhappy and also my food is going to waste
