What do u expect from Hi fi corporations

I bought an Xbox s three months ago from hifi corporation (worse mistake of my life). It stopped working after 2 months and I took it back to the shop. To my dismay they told me “sorry ur on your own” , sort it out with Microsoft. I hv spent over R1000 on airtime trying to get Microsoft to collect the console for repairs but they keep on giving me reference numbers. Whenever u call , nobody knows anything abt the reference numbers. Y is Hifi corporate selling products that they can’t take responsibility when it’s malfunctioning? Don’t buy X box consoles , especially from Hi fi Corporations if u don’t want stress
