What a Sh! t service

I ordered my goods online, expected my order to be delivered on Saturday the 25th. Come Saturday, goods were not delivered as promised and there was no communication stating any delays experienced. I ended up canceling the order. After canceling the order I was bombarded by multiple notifications regarding the order status. I called to alert them of this. And they assured me that indeed my refund has been processed. After that back and forth I got a call from the delivery guy at the gate for the next consecutive days. Njaini when the cancelation was "successful". This order really drained me shem!!! Not to mention some of very arrogant urgents who will hang up on you while still talking!!!!! My wasted time calling them!!!! Nobody to account. This was the most terrible experience of my life!!! 😡😡😡😡
