WHAT A JOKE...I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN

PATHETIC!!!!! I've been a supported of HiFi Corp for about 14 years now...ever since getting a salary. I've never had sop much **** as I've had in the last 2 years. I bought a new Sansui 49" UHD LED tv from them in April...it is July...3 months...3 damn months... My daughters and I where watching a movie, we hear this loud bang and the TV switches off....the damn TV just exploded. 3 months old!!!!! Now everyone that has kids knows this...try explaining to children that for 14 to 21 damn days they cannot watch tv because a 3 month old TV that didnt even get time to collect dust yet has exploded. (2 to 3 weeks with a 13 and 10 year old not having access to a still Brand New TV...maybe HiFi Corp will be able to tell my daughters WHY!!!!)

I tell the customers service agent that it exploded, this guy tells me, then I might have over loaded the plug... Let me tell HiFi Corp and Sansui this bit of interesting information... I run 2 Surge protectors from EACH of my wall plugs. on the surge protector running the TV, it goes from a Multi Plug that has 5 ports (plus minus R600 for that...so not a piece of ****), then it goes into a 2 port surge protector with only 2 point plugs allowed in it (plus minus R400 so also not a cheap piece of ****), my 6 year old xbox 360 that is connected to the multi plug from the wall socket...was perfectly fine, my new xbox one bought last year, was fine...I checked both on my 24" Samsung PC Screen that is 2 years old also plugged into the 2 point plug surge protector and my PC screen didn't switch off while I was working on it and my daughters where enjoying some movies. My 2 year old Samsung Bluray player that was still running while the TV exploded is perfectly fine, because I plugged the HDMI cable into my 2 year OLD monitor to check....and my 1 year old DIXON multimedia speaker system also plugged into the 2 point plug surge was FINE...still playing, still has sound...no issues.

Oh...lets not forget that my Huwaei B315 router that also on same line was still flashing, full signal...no issues.... NONE OF MY OTHER APPLIANCES HAD ISSUES...ONLY THE 3 MONTH OLD TV I BOUGHT WITH CASH AT THE GLEN STORE IN APRIL...EXPLODED.

Now, in the last 4 weeks, I've returned 3 items already.... the first was the pre acoustics sound bar that also has some issues with crackling sounds and speakers popping, then swoped it out for the Sansui Tall boy system which I was told will play USB movies through the port...dont believe it...its all bull****, when I asked to test if it reads my flash sticks and external hard drive, they gave every excuse you can imagine. despite this, I took it home, tested it and 2 days later returned it because it didnt play any external usb despite being formated to NTFS, FAT32 or ExFAT...I exchanged this for a SONY home theatre, I asked for a refund, but the sales persons promised me high and low it plays USB and External HDD movie...WOW...what another damn let down. at this point...I was so frustrated I took the System to the glen and just wanted a refund.

So, in less then 4 months...HiFi Corp has had such a bad influence on my loyalty with them that I dont want anything from them anymore...is there something wrong with your appliances that you supply...no...I dont think its that, because after my divorce 3 years ago, my ex wife took all my ****, including the 3 hisense TV's I bought from you 5 yeas ago, the 55" FHD LED, the 42" 3D LED TV is still working 5 years later, the 32" HD LED TV I bought 5 years ago...is still working and the JVC Sound bar I bought 3 years ago is still working...unfortunately...I have access to none of these.

Now...a new problem...all over again...I still cant believe a 3 month only TV will just go out like that...it is unprecedented...maybe even a new record....and, believe me HiFi Corp, dont even try mentioning overloading of plugs to me, I have pictures of the night it happened, with my 2 point plugs on that plug only. There was no load shedding this weekend in any areas throughout Johannesburg. I've got recordings of how your sound bar was popping while playing and the wireless sub switched off and on all the time. I've got all my emails sent to you guys and to Sansui, and I've got my hellopeter history from the first time I had to log it here because you do not respond to people over email and phone unless you are first threatened publicly.

I want to know from your CORPORATION what is going to happen now. Can I rather get a refund for that 3 month old tv that blew on the same plug that a router, a bluray player and the tv where plugged into as well as my pc screen. OR are you guys going to repair that TV that is clearly very cheaply made and very clearly a problematic TV. (When I brought the home theatre back, I saw about 5 units of the same brand of tv there, and when I took the TV there on Saturday, there was another Sansui behind my one).

I'd love to say that I rather do not want to continue shopping at your store anymore and go some where else.
