Weeks Without Feedback – Hi-Fi Corporation Westgate

Complaint: I am very disappointed with the service at Hi-Fi Corporation Westgate. I sent in 2 items for assessment weeks ago and have still not received any feedback. No calls, no messages, and no updates from the store.

To make matters worse, you cannot even get through to the store — the phone rings twice and then cuts off.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect urgent feedback on the status of my items and proper communication going forward.
