Website is misleading

I have a query, which is primarily a complaint

I am attempting to purchase a TV online from HiFi Corp. The website clearly states that delivery is available nationwide within South Africa. However, when proceeding to checkout, I am informed that the TV can only be delivered within certain areas.

I believe this is misleading to customers. Based on the information advertised on the website, a customer would reasonably expect that delivery is available regardless of where they are located within South Africa. If there are exclusions or limitations relating to specific products, specials, or delivery areas, this should be clearly disclosed upfront on the website before the customer proceeds through the purchasing process.

Please also refer to Section 41 and Section 29 of the Consumer Protection Act regarding misleading or deceptive representations and marketing.

I would appreciate this matter being resolved so that I am able to purchase the TV and have it delivered as advertised.
