Water dispenser not working

I bought a Defy fridge with water dispenser online (Black Friday special). I received it roundabout on the 12 December, every single day since I received it, either me or my husband has been trying to get a hold on Hifi Corp, as because the water dispenser isn't working. I have also sent emails, I have yet to receive a response. I even contacted the Defy maintenance noted on the manual, they told told to contact Hifi Corp directly.
