Watch out for incorrect shipping rates

I wanted to place an online order for an item for R699. According to the website items over R450 are free delivery. Going through checkout I was charged R200 for delivery. I queried this on the 'chat', and was given a repeat of the same details on their website, free delivery for my item. Then a message saying that - in my particular case the shipping is calculated according to the distance from the warehouse. When I said these were two different costs, there was no further contact. I e mailed HiFi Corp to question this but have had no response at all. Needless to say I didn't make the order. They need to get their facts right.
