Warranty Repair Nightmare

I bought a Defy Fridge/Freezer from them , still under warranty. Don't cool or freeze , I phoned Defy direct but was told i must work thru Hi-Fi Corporation. After submit it at Hi-Fi Corporation they told me it will take between 7 and 14 working days to get job number for repair. What must I do with my meat. Try to call but seems that there is no person that work there , 5 numbers - no answer. Bad,Bad,Bad
