Warranty complain

my Tablet is less than 6 months old. I was involved in a minor accident and I fell and the screen cracked. during the purchase of the tablet I was told that Samsung covers one screen damage and water damage. the store is refusing to fix my phone saying the guarantee does not cover physical damage. I am still paying for the Samsung tab4 10 inch tablet.
