Warranty claim ignored

I have logged a warranty claim for my sansui fridge,at hi fi corporation Boksburg not only do they have *********** staff but also work with Powercare technicians who are as well ***********. It took 6days to get a technician to my house since the 6th september until now 23september he came and checked my fridge and told me he would let me know if the store allows him to order the parts or give me a new fridge. Till date he has not communicated with me, i call hi fi corporation boksburg everyday and its either they tell me to hang up theyl call after 2minutes or plain ignore my calls. I have escalated to the head office but nothing is being done i am sitting with a dead fridge and no communication from the store or technician. I would not advice anyone to buy from that store.
