WARRANTY CLAIM

I purchased a Sansui TV at HiFi corp with an extended warranty of 3 years on top of 2 years manufacturers warranty. My tv got broken December 2014 and unfortunately it was out of manufacturers warranty and uneconomical to repair. Which means my HiFi corp extended warranty now applies and I should get credited the price of the old TV. All my calls to the store proved fruitless until I went to the store and was told my paperwork was sent to the head office and I shall be credited. I am still waiting, NO RESPONSE from the head office. HiFi corp claims your repair will be done in 21 days, it has been 50 days and counting...
