Warranty

I bought a Acer laptop for my company 13 June 2014.

In about April all but one USB port stopped working. Beginning May I took it in as it was still covered under the warranty. After 2 weeks I get an sms saying the laptop is fixed and I can collect. I collected the laptop and when I got back to workthe USB's still didn't work. On 25 May I took the laptop back again. On 03 June I get a call giving me a quote that it would cost R6k to repair as they claim the motherboard got wet. This laptop is not used close to liquids so I cannot understand how this can be the case. How did they not mention anything the 1st time I sent the laptop in? After the call on 03rd June I just said they must return the laptop and I will collect it. I called 05.06 and still the laptop is not back. It takes 2 weeks to NOT FIX a laptop the first time round and the second time round they claim it got wet? Where does this leave me? I have to invest in another laptop for the company in the next few weeks and there is no way that Hi Fi Corporation will be getting any more businees from us.
