Want my chair

If I could give them zero stars I would, ordered and paid for my high back chair as I work from home most days. On the 5th of Dec 2024 They delivered a pedestal instead. I sent an email to let them know. I received a response that they received my email and will attend to my query. Till today almost a month later I still haven't received my chair. I took the pedestal to hi-fi Corp Westgate Mall hoping for a fast exchange but my chair dololo. I just want my chair hleh. We going back to work soon and I need that chair.
